I met Olivia for the first time when she was just 18 months old. I remember chasing her around Yellow Creek Park with some of her cousins! I was so excited to meet her little brother Chance in 2015 and I can’t wait to see what is next for this family! They are just so sweet and so darn cute!
Thank you for letting me help create beautiful portraits of your most treasured possessions for so many years!
I first photographed this family when their oldest son, Jacob, was born. He is now 5 1/2 years old! Time sure does fly and these little ones don’t stay little for long!
These little guys sure were full of energy! We looked for “Rudolph” and other insects and laughed a lot!
Thank you for coming back to visit Studio 217! I hope to see you all again <3
I first met Rachel many years ago when we were both attending Youngstown State University. And as life changes through out the years, so do relationships. Facebook connected us again and I remember her telling me a little while back that once she knew she was expecting she would be coming to see me…and sure enough, she did <3
This was the first time meeting her husband, Adam, as well. And I can’t tell you just how cute they are together! This little boy sure has some awesome parents and I can’t wait to meet him!
It was a beautiful warm spring day in May when Tammy & Phil began their story as husband and wife. I arrived at Tippecanoe Country Club in Canfield, Ohio and was greeted by an equally calm and beautiful bride. She was surrounded by her closest friends and family and she was just beaming with excitement to be Mrs. Phillip Carlon.
Just moments from becoming Mr. & Mrs. they were able to share a quick meeting that was adorable and calming.
Phil anxiously awaited his bride on the back practice course where their guests joined in celebration.
And just like that two lives were joined together. Two families brought together.
Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour while the bridal party cruised around the golf course for portraits. Then the celebration began as Mr. & Mrs. Phillip Carlon were introduced for the first time to their family and friends.

I first met this family when they brought me their sweet little pink addition about a year ago <3
She has grown so much and came to visit me again for her first birthday! We mixed in some family portraits to make it the perfect blended session.
Once daddy and the big brothers were done we were able to focus on her and add a few with just mommy.
And then, it was cake time! And she wasn’t sure what to make of that mess!
What a perfect session! Thank you so much for allowing me to capture these milestones with your family!
This year is all about new beginnings! I decided to explore the backyard of my NEW home and I found the perfect little nook that had great lighting all day long! (I can’t wait to see what this little spot looks like in the spring for another mini session in May…keep a look out!)
I got to visit with familiar faces and meet some NEW ones this year! Thank you to everyone who came to see the Studio 217 Holiday set!
Thank you again for coming out to the Studio 217 Holiday Mini Sessions!
Happy Birthday to this little sweetie! Took him a little bit to warm up, but once he did….LOOK OUT <3
and of course <3 <3 <3
And then we got the good stuff out….
I think he enjoyed himself!!! And I am so glad to see have helped him celebrate turning ONE!
(And your icing was really good too!)
Oh goodness….I do not even know where to start! I’ll warn you before you begin scrolling down….you heart is going to smile <3
AND. THESE. BOYS. <3
I love their session so much that I might even print some to hang on my walls! HA!
Thank you for visiting with me! I loved meeting you and your little crew <3
Ben’s mom has followed my photography career for quite some time waiting for her son to be a senior so I could photograph him <3 They knew exactly what they wanted out of his session, which pushed me out of a “comfort zone.” I’ve never taken studio lighting on the road with me, but I’m sure glad I accepted this challenge. (I enjoyed it so much that I just might invest in portable lighting equipment in order to do more amazing sessions that are not possible to photograph in with natural light)
I had a blast photographing Ben in one of his favorite places, The Salem Historical Society.
After the indoor location I was able to take him outdoors and find some nearby spots around the historical society.
Thank you so much for allowing me to capture Ben’s personality in his senior portraits. It was a pleasure working with you!
